Merilyn Riveria, FNP

Merilyn Rivera joined the Hamdard team in August 2025 as a Family Nurse Practitioner at both Addison and Roger’s Park locations. Merilyn has been a healthcare provider since 2011 working as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in pediatrics for 4 years and a Women’s Health Registered Nurse for 9 years. She also worked for about 2 years in nursing management and accrediting surgical centers.  Merilyn received her undergraduate Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at El Paso and her Master of Nursing in Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Focused on family medicine and women’s health, Merilyn is passionate about helping and serving the needs of families and women of all ages and backgrounds.
