HR OPS Coordinator
This position is a critical part of HR operations and provides operational excellence in HR service to employees and managers. The HR Coordinator maintains close working relationships with staff to support the key HR functions of onboarding/offboarding, HRIS maintenance, credentialing, and payroll. The HR Coordinator works with clear process guidelines and is expected to streamline these processes.

Responsibilities:HR responsibilities:
Leads the full-cycle onboarding/offboarding process including credentialed and non-credentialed roles, ensuring documentation and accuracy for the on/offboarding forms, the On/Offboarding checklist, and communicate twice weekly the on/offboarding status to the hiring manager
Assists the CHR-CO or their designee to complete the bi-weekly payroll by following the Payroll Checklist process, complete manual check requests, respond to staff regarding paychecks, direct deposits, and/or general payroll questions or audit requests.
Responsible for HR data entry, maintaining accurate records in HRIS systems.
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the CHR-CO.
Site Office Admin responsibilities: (up to 5 hours weekly)
Supporting the site in purchasing supplies, invoicing coding, and new vendors
Mail distribution (ability to climb 3 flights of stairs),
Vendor management for office related needs of the site, and
Assisting employees/managers with support requests.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Other duties as assigned by the CEO or direct supervisor to support the objectives/projects needed to achieve our mission.
Competencies & Qualifications:Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, balance multiple projects/requests simultaneously, handle confidential information discreetly and accurately.
Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and support employee relations initiatives.
Team player with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Required HS diploma/GED with experience as a social worker, HR, office administration, health care administration, or mental health position.
Payroll software experience is a plus and not required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, MS Word, MS PPT, and Google Suite.
