Frank R. Perez, PA-C, BA, CCM

Frank joined the Hamdard team in August, 2022 as a physician assistant in Roger’s Park. He has been a practicing healthcare provider since 2000 and has 12 years of case management experience as well. Prior to working at Hamdard, Frank worked as a physician assistant at Access Community Health Network for about 4 years. Frank earned his undergraduate degree in human services at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and subsequently completed his PA degree at Malcolm X College. An expert in family medicine, Frank is passionate about helping families that come from underserved populations and immigrant communities.
